What began as a duplex construction project in 1994, Parviz expanded into a multi-unit development and contracting business in Lower Lonsdale in 1996. The next year, Parviz enhanced the business as a licensed Realtor – envisioning how the two business areas could complement into an inclusive real estate practice.

Parviz accelerated his career, achieving sales awards at Sutton Group West Vancouver. With new home builds at the Hillside, West Vancouver subdivision and the building/development of more than 15 single family homes in the North Shore, Parviz is skilled to lead and advise, on an array of real estate initiatives.


MEET AMIR



As Sharif Properties expanded, Parviz invited his son, Amir, to become business partners in 2005. Raised around North Shore real estate, Amir has a sharp understanding of both the business and local Vancouver communities.

Amir graduated from West Vancouver Secondary and the University of British Columbia studying computing science and commerce. After working at an online firm with Nike, Electronic Arts and DirecTV as clients, Amir brings technical insights into his real estate practice. He is currently pursuing the industry recognized Urban Land Economics degree from UBC and has in interest in Sustainable Development & Smart Homes.

With Amir’s current business approach, he brings forward thinking ideas in the tradition of excellence Parviz has offered.
